These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of art products, including but not limited to dot mandala art, paintings, and other art items (collectively referred to as "Products"). 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products. However, we do not warrant that the Product descriptions, colors, or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the availability of Products, errors in the description or price of the Product, or errors in your order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated time frame . However, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5.Returns and Refunds
Submit the unpacking video and clear photos within 48 hours.
Contact our customer service for approval.
Unpacking Video Required: All customers must record a video of the unpacking process. This is essential for any return or refund request.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please:
Return Process: If approved, you must return the damaged item within 14 days at your own shipping cost.
Refund Initiation: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product and confirm the damage. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
No Return/Refund Policy: No returns or refunds will be accepted without the unpacking video and photos. Refunds are only issued for shipping damage.
