1. Unpacking Video Requirement:
To ensure a smooth return process, all customers are required to record a video of the unpacking of their product. This video must clearly show the condition of the product upon arrival.
2. Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Record a video of the unpacking process, highlighting the damage.
- Take clear photos of the damaged product.
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product to report the issue and submit your unpacking video and photos.
- Refunds will only be processed for items that are damaged during shipping and for which the required video and photos are provided.
3. Return Process:
If your return is approved due to shipping damage, you will need to:
- Return the damaged product to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
- Cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
4. Refund Initiation:
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will initiate your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process back to your original payment method.

- Refunds will not be initiated for any reason other than shipping damage.
